About these terms

These terms apply to helixformlabs.com and orders placed with Helix Lab Ltd. By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these terms along with the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

Customer eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Products are offered only for lawful laboratory, analytical and research use. You are responsible for confirming that purchase, possession, handling and use are permitted in your location and institution.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch because of availability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, legal restrictions or concerns about intended use.

Prices and available payment methods appear at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery and contact information.

Product information

We take reasonable care with product descriptions, specifications and batch documents. Minor differences in packaging or appearance may occur. Images are illustrative and screen colours are not exact. Certificates of Analysis relate to the batch identified on the document and should be read with the relevant product label.

Safe and lawful handling

You are responsible for suitable facilities, trained personnel, risk assessment, storage, handling, record keeping and disposal. Do not relabel products in a misleading way or resell them for an unauthorised purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unlawful activity, failure to follow storage information, or events outside our reasonable control.

Website use and intellectual property

Site text, branding, graphics and layout belong to Helix Lab or its licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal or internal research purchasing, but may not copy, republish, scrape or commercially exploit the site without permission. You must not interfere with site security or attempt unauthorised access.

Changes and governing law

We may update the site and these terms from time to time. The version in force when an order is accepted applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory rights you have under the law that applies where you live.
